Resurrection Garden

I saw an idea on Pinterest to make a garden with your little ones to depict Jesus' tomb. You collect different small wild plants and wild flowers and put them in some dirt in a baking dish. Then you make a tomb. We made ours out of rocks but the Pinterest idea used a potato. We made ours a little early so I was afraid to use a potato. It would probably be nasty by Easter. On Easter morning you roll away the rock on the tomb and add flowers before your children wake up. I thought it was a wonderful way to share the Easter story with our kids. I'm going to let my son water the garden every day with a spray bottle.
